Systems & Technology Specialist

I am a Technical Support Specialist at Wellness Space Brands. In this role, I troubleshoot hardware and software issues for the company's wellness and recovery products. I assist field technicians with diagnostics and repairs, and remotely access touchscreen control systems to perform testing, analyze sensor data, and identify root causes of equipment failures.

I recently graduated from Old Dominion University, where my coursework was in key areas such as software engineering, systems analysis, database management, network engineering, and e-business. I also gained a broad understanding of business fundamentals, including accounting, finance, economics, international business, management, marketing, and quantitative methods.
